As always, the company insists on “continuous improvement to meet customer needs; quality first, dedication to quality products”. In order to promote the relationship with customers, the company will directly deploy marketing personnel and technicians to key customers to help them to products or services. Integrate into the customer organization, and timely obtain the customer's various information, including information on products and services, so as to better understand the customer's use of the product and special requirements.

The company has set up a technical service department to meet customer inquiries and complaints, and to classify customer reviews, complaints, conduct business and search for different ways. The company handles the on-site problem of technical support after-sales service, and the major problem arrives at the scene within 48 hours overseas within 24 hours (except for overseas visa time).

The company reviews the measures and activities to improve customer satisfaction or loyalty, such as customer information acquisition methods, customer satisfaction surveys, complaint handling procedures, and service systems.
